函数fun的实现步骤如下：

函数接收二维数组a和乘数m。

使用双重循环遍历右上三角区域：外层循环i从0到n-1，内层循环j从i到n-1。

对每个符合条件的元素a[i][j]执行乘法运算a[i][j] *= m。

这确保了右上三角部分的元素都被正确乘以m，同时保持数组的其他部分不变。
